SiRi MaSaKaN BiMa SaKTi: Burger Sandwich


selamat malam peminat2 siri masakan bima sakti… bertemu kita sekali lagi dlm satu lagi episod keluaran non-astro dari saya… daymmm… rasenye aku boleh jadi host cooking show tak… ok? layak? mAEUhaUEHuAEaue… aku rase lame giler aku tak post utk topik “SiRi MaSaKaN BiMa SaKTi”… actually ade banyak resepi2 yg aku nk share… tapi tulah… malas kot nk type… & terangkan menggunakan keyboard ni…

well anyway… hari ni aku nk share camne nk buat salah satu feveret makanan aku… diwaktu2 takde ape2 nk makan… or diwaktu2 aku malas nk masak… or diwaktu2 aku lapar & nk cepat…

yeap! burger sandwich! sebut name die pun dah tau mudah nk bikin… betul? ok let’s get to the stuff…🙂

what you gonna need… the ingredients;
>> roti gardenia (white or wholemeal – ikut mane yg korang suke arr… nk gune butterscotch pun boleh)
>> daging burger (of course… terpulang pade korang nk makan binatang aper…)
>> seasoning
>> black pepper sauce
>> black pepper
>> egg
>> cheese
>> mayonnaise
>> chili sauce/ketchup

orait… when we have all these things ready… 1st you need to heat up the flat pan… get your knife & fork ready… do not put any oil on the pan… you’re not gonna need it… my recommendation is to use Ramly’s product because it’s simply better than the rest of the local product i know… so normally aku masak daging lah… letak on the flat pan… let it cook for a while… wait till it became a bit tangy.. then terbalikkan… take your knife & fork and start making a cut on the center side of the burger meat… open it then real wide… but careful not to split it in half…

letakkan seasoning skit… blackpepper skit (or banyak ikut korang nk spicy ke ape)… then letak barbecue sauce… jgn letak banyak sgt… nnti rase pelik… terbalikkan side yg telah dilumur ngan bahan2 tadi… this is actually where u get creative & experiment with the spices… the seasonings & stuff… so you’ll end up tasting this different flavors than what it is normally taste like when you bought the burgers from the burger stalls… ok then terbalikkan… tak perlu tunggu lame… amik chili sauce… aku personally recommend Heinz chili sauce bcos mmg terbaik lah! letak skit kat daging burger tu… & lapikkan semula daging burger tadi… put it on the side of the flat pan… not to get in your way for the next step…

pecahkan telur kat atas pan… & rata2 kan di atas flat pan tu…tunggu sekejap smpai die dah agak2 masak… but not too cooked nnti tak melekat kat daging burger… letakkan daging burger tadi di ujung telur tadi & lipat/salut daging burger tu dgn telur… ok the hard part settle…

so dah bole angkat daging burger yang dah siap tadi… letak dlm plate… amik roti 2 keping, letakkan atas flat pan… ni pun ikut orang arrr… kalo tak suke nk bagi roti tu cam garing skit kan.. tak payah arr buat step ni… balik2kan roti2 tadi so that die terbakar even… bile dah puas hati  ngan burn die angkat lah…🙂

so all the hard part is done… lay on a slice of cheese on the roti… letak mayonnaise skit… then letak daging burger on it… letak lagi mayonnaise last… pastu letak chili sauce ikut mane yg disukai… then tutup terus ngan roti tadi…

makan panas2 mase cheese die tengah melt… daymmmm!!! sedap dok… next time kalo aku buat burger sandwich ni aku amik gamba & post kat sini…🙂
