  1. Hi,
I read your comment on Ujana Executive apartments
what do you really think ?
Will this place really suceed ?
    Appreciate Your views
    Thanks

    • Hi Ong,

thanks for droppin’ a comment. Have u seen the developments of UEM Land? East Ledang, Horizon Hills, Ledang Heights, Nusa Idaman to name a few. You might want to know that UEM Land is the developer for the JSNAC or Kota Iskandar for which it was known today. The combination & workforce of developments in Nusajaya is really, really big. IIB, Iskandar & even Danga Bay is in the fast lane now. The catalyst developments such as the Educity, Medical Park, Theme Park (Lego Land), & even the Medini project is picking up really, really fast.

So yes Ong, to answer your question. Nusajaya will likely succeed. :D

    Hello radzifasha,

The price for a semi-D at East Ledang is almost 900k. Do you think it is overpriced ? where do you think it will be worth 3 yr from now ? Other then Ujana, is there other choices in the same price range at East Ledang ?

    many thanks…

    • IMHO. yes, it’s a little pricey compared to other developments in Johor. have you have a look on the houses?
